In 4 easy steps your home related tasks are received, delegated, and completed.
1st: You reach out to your policy representative and you open a task. Be sure to be a specific as possible with your request, and if its for a repair and you can't explain the problem, feel free to video chat with your representative so they can get a better understanding of the problem.
3rd: Whatever the task is the technicians first priority should be handling the task with unmatched accuracy, and professionalism. The technician is prohibited from entering your home without smiling and greetings, and your home should be as clean as it was when the technician first entered.
2nd: Your task is placed into queue unlike most companies we use a software and system quite similar to Uber and Lyft. Our mobile workforce app allows us to send a technician to you the very same day you request service. After the technician accepts the job he/she has 30 minutes to call you and confirm the time for the task to be completed.
4th: Once the task is completed the technician is required to record of video of the work they completed. If the task was for repair the tech must show the unit, appliance or system running at full capacity for five minutes straight in order for the technician to be paid. You will not be charged for the repair until 72 hours has passed, giving you three days to test the repair and make sure it was effective.
